Japan, Partner Country at World Food India 2024: A Culinary Journey From Japan to New Delhi

World Food India is the premier platform for showcasing global food innovations and fostering international business opportunities. This expo is India’s largest food trade fair, organized by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MOFPI) at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi (September 19 to 22, 2024).


This year, Japan is the 'Partner Country' for World Food 2024, underscoring the deepening collaborative ties between Japan and India during Japan Month, announced by the Embassy of Japan in India. JIIPA has organized the Japan Pavilion at World Food India 2024.

Workshop by renowned sushi chef Toru Hashiguchi


Additionally, experience the art of Japanese cuisine through an exclusive workshop led by renowned sushi chef Toru Hashiguchi. The workshop will feature a live demonstration of sushi-making techniques followed by a delightful tasting session. This special event will be held at The Institute of Hotel Management Catering and Nutrition (IHM, Pusa), New Delhi on 19th September at 10.00.
